I have been busy!!! Yesterday it was so busy at work that I tried to get a kid to practice Nadi Sodhana with me. He only took a few breaths and then laughed at me. But then my day went so fast that I practiced around 3 and forgot to blog about it. Today was a little better at work but I still procrastinated till 7 to practice. While I was doing Nadi Sodhana tonight I felt sad that I barely had 5 minutes a day to relax and breath. That was a sad realization and I believe that many people these days struggle with this. Relaxation should not be a chore it should be a daily routine like brushing our teeth.} else {
