Yoga Dance will be offered at the Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesdays from Sept. 3 to Oct. 8.
Kripalu Yoga Dance combines the compassionate inner awareness of yoga with the fun and creativity of dance. No experience needed. The movements can be adapted to your own fitness level and comfort.
The class is $45 for all six sessions or $9 a session.
