    I love doing yoga myself and the fact that prisons are promoting it to inmates sounds like a good idea! I have an article on my blog about a prison in Arizona that dresses it’s prisoners pretty in pink. It’s supposed to be a soothing calming color! They don’t have many luxuries but they let it be known that prison is not a place you want to call home.
