Free yoga classes are for all skill levels (Louisville Courier-Journal)

The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is offering free yoga classes from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. today, next Thursday and Dec. 18 at the Center for Health Equity, 2422 W. Chestnut St. The classes are open to the general public and to those of all ability levels.
