City Sports: Yoga at Mission YMCA

Thursday, August 21, 2008 Swing by the Mission YMCA every Friday for a free yoga class offered by Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. Yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own if you have one. Spanish instruction also available.
