I think it is unfortunate that such a kind of fatwa is issued against yoga because Yoga actually means union and it has nothing to do with Hindusim and deviating the faith.

I don't know hoe they reach to this conclusion. Probably those who have issued the fatwa did in ignorance as they had never tried the yoga before.

I love doing yoga myself and the fact that prisons are promoting it to inmates sounds like a good idea! I have an article on my blog about a prison in Arizona that dresses it's prisoners pretty in pink. It's supposed to be a soothing calming color! They don't have many luxuries but they let it be known that prison is not a place you want to call home.

Learning about yoga can provide clinicians with a plethora of great techniques for working with clients. Breathing techniques are essential in yoga teachings as well as in cultivating change for people. The practice of yoga can teach clinicians different breathing techniques and what that type of breathing does physiologically. Yoga can also help teach clinicians how to scan a clients physical body and recognize where that person has energy holdings. These holdings, more than likely, are do to emotional stressors. Bioenergetics approaches then provides deeper analysis of these holdings. For more on Bioenergetics check out....

I love it when you go into spontaneous laughter and giggle like a 7 year old. It makes me want to giggle too, and hold you and squeeze you and love you...

I do see a future with you too. The future starts now!

Come back to me soon!

I charish our friendship and believe our connection is one that was built on our dharma (if that makes sense?). You make me want to be a better person, not only for others but for myself. I look forward to our lives and the moments we can share and appreciate together.

I love my sister!!
